I spoke to a nice woman at the PA state real estate licensing office over the phone today and she seemed to think it would be as simple as me finishing the course, submitting the paperwork (and fee of course), and finding a PA broker.

Both are common for auto facilities.

Regarding the owner finance; is it common to not allow prepayment?

I turn my cell phone off at night ;) We've shown the tenants in our SFRs how to turn off the water if anything like that happens, not that they'd remember to do it in an emergency.

Tenant's having complaints about other tenants is common, and though they aren't bothered enough to move, they are bothered enough to complain every chance they get.

I understand common washer/dryers are common in town Atlanta ... even in a duplex.

This may be making phone calls or licking stamps, but the best way to learn is by doing it next to someone that accomplished the skills or has the credibility that you covet.
