Also, these condos are in a higher end area so I imagine it to be run better than HOA's in lower class neighborhoods.I know that the fee includes exterior building maintenance.

@Anthony Gioia I own and manage 10 properties in class c neighborhoods, I have found that it is all about picking the right tenant and has very little to do with the properties.
