Another question - had a lead, propstream said they had 14k of unpaid balances - owner went to attorney and found out there was actually $160k of unpaid balances (credit cards/liens/equity loan)... is this normal or was the owner potentially lying?

@Ashley Jones To be frank, the likelihood of the committee fining or not fining them all depends on the competency and/or level of care of the committee, Board and/or management company.At least in Florida, the decision to fine or not to fine lies with the Board of Directors, and technically it's the Hearing Committee's job to hear the appeal of the offender (the tenant in this case) and determine if the fine is valid.
