So if COMPANY X lends you the money then COMPANY X can't be on title too (normally) but if COMPANY X lends you the money, and you place COMPANY X's OWNER on title with you then that is normally allowed.The partnership between you two will have no bearing on who is on the title of the property.

I think they are an expensive liability and it is going to be increasingly difficult to find tenants that want to live in them and bear the costs of electricity, whether directly or indirectly.

@Vivian Hernandez, to misquote Shakespeare: "a thorn by any other name would still make you bleed".Your Realtor not recognizing the word "wholesale" should have no bearing on whether you move on or not.
