I recently purchased a property that is a 2 bedroom one bathroom.

Cosmetic renovation of the interior included: New Kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, base boards, doors, designer built ins, and new light fixtures and LED can lighting.

Interested in purchasing a 2-bed,1-bath SFH in Louisville, KY, to rehab the attic to create an additional bathroom and bedroom. 

Renovated the larger units bathrooms and changed the fixtures.

One tenant has decided to move out end of sept looking for an investor friendly contractor to do floors paint tile toilet vanity trim counters ect... an “extended face lift” please reply if you know of someone or if are interested thank you

Is there any advice in general I should look out for while putting together this partnership.FYI: My second long term hold property fix consisted of: new vinyl floors; new carpets; new roof; new backsplash; new vanities; new appliances; paint walls, trim, ceiling, and cabinets; pressure wash; mulch.

I'm also pretty handy and my in-law makes high end wood cabinets so I could save on the building by doing some of the big tickets myself (kitchen, bathroom, etc..).

I'd like to renovate my master bathroom, change my curbed shower to a curbless shower/walk-in shower. 

I remodeled both bathrooms, new flooring in kitchen and both bathrooms, new kitchen countertops, repainted and light landscaping What was the outcome?
