@Aaron Klatt I have yet to determine whether or not vacating the property is going to be challenging or not.The Update:-I have signed the purchase agreement which will close this property in 10 days, all cash deal, I bumped the purchase price up $800 to appease the seller with the rent request, I will inherit the tenants.

If you are nervous about not being able to see your investment, or you'd like to learn the ropes by being involved in the rehab, tenanting, and management processes (more a DIY approach than turnkey), then I agree with @Lane Kawaoka that perhaps you should look more closely at your own backyard.

my Favorite city to base out of for flyfishing each summer.. and I love flying into that airport in our plane.. the approach is super cool as well as departure.. you kind of have to experience it to understand.what a great place on the planet if your into the out doors.
