There are no amenities such as fishing, laundry, showers, rec areas, etc, just pads approx 30x60, an electric pedestal, and water, with crushed rock.I have an idea to put some RV pads on the land I bought and rent them out.

It's nice to see landlords willing to exert effort in military markets, but at the same time I wouldn't target that demographic for a few reasons:1) military families are more than used to moving, both during a PCS, or to another location because of price or amenities
