Hi I developed an interest in REI and learnt a lot of the base information but I realized that I need to learn how to underwrite, and cant seem to get the hang of it from you tube videos can anyone recommend any free (or otherwise) resources that would teach me that thoroughly

A YouTube video on proper insulation installation, a Saturday, and couple rolls of insulation, some drywall, and a can of paint turns this garage completely around.

Peter Harris and Commercial Property Advisors have very good videos on YouTube.

But for a fraction of the cost you can just purchase the books and watch the bigger pockets YouTube/listen to the podcast and get most of the same information.

I’ve been reading a lot , YouTube binge watching and decided I need to jump in but still need guidance to execute properly . 

Biggest challenge was probably finishing the cosmetic features (drywall, tiling, bathroom appliances installation, etc.) on my own, many hours of YouTube.

There are far too many people that watch a few YouTube videos from 2014 or attend a seminar from some guru and think they can low-ball everything just because the bathtub need new caulk.

This is a complicated deal scenario AND you can accidentally mislead a tenant buyer or hurt them.Go to youtube and search on;  sandwitch lease option, lease option etc.
