Seems like such a fruitless effort....Anyone trying trying to track their assets will see the transfer from them to the land trusts and suspect they are still the owners and a simple search in sunbiz will show their ownership of the llc.Any fake mtg would easily be quashed with minimal effort in court.

If they move out, you can always stop the process or you can still go to court and seek a judgment for cleaning and repairs (depending on how your court system works).I agree with sending them to collections.

I want to get this done I am going to get dragged back to court for divorce plus other stuff this is costing me on several levels.

You can't buy a house where the owner is in bankruptcy without court approval.

Just the court/attorney's fees alone can be crippling.

Before he died we filed a transfer upon death deed and were told upon his death I would simply go to the court house and the transfer would be completed.

If you ever find yourself in court the burden of proof will be on you to show that each entity operates independently.

They have put in a pay or quit notice to the court which is scheduled for 15th this month.I have asked him to release me from the lease so I can take care of the property myself.
