While I'm still In early stages of REI myself, it's the excitement of the possibilities ahead that keep me engaged.

Visit with a CPA on tax/accounting consequences, especially if you have your own LLCs with different roles.  

Did you guys go ahead and get that rental?

The letter won't arrive until Friday and I wanted to give them a heads up of this information since I'll be using Apartments.com to collect rent.

So they can visit relatives or work at a job.If it fills up, build more concrete tilt up row houses. 

If you're visiting a property, ask the neighbors what the deal is with the house.
