We go straight to phone number on our marketing.

I always photograph any posting with my phone which actually time stamps it based off of the cell tower.  

Is your cell phone number tied to Facebook, Google, Yahoo, etc?  

Another thought, would be to find someone who can answer the phone when you are at work, and pay them something just to be available and take info? 

A phone call to a property tax attorney local to the property might be a good idea.

Normally,  you could contact a town clerk or phone the office you pay property taxes at for a given area and they are happy to tell you more about where and when the auctions are.
