Until the pandemic, the suburbs didn’t seem practical.

We are originally from Colorado and love it there as well, my wife is a travel nurse so we get to move to cool places a lot for short stints of time and I work from home and own my own marketing/advertising/design company.Goals: My goal with investing is to practice the brrrr strategy as well as fix and flip.

Through my current professional practice, I know that I work best when I have an education to back up my practice.

Practice practice practice.

That research came in the form of listening to podcasts while at work, reading the recommended books, talking to people on BP, running comps, looking and doing the numbers on 100s of properties in my local area just to get the practice, and Then I decided I was ready to start the process of getting my first property.Now I have zero interest in wholesaling, nothing against it just not interested, but I still know the basics of that kind of investing.

Thanks for the material and shedding light on horrible business practices across our nation. 

That is pretty common practice here in Colorado.  

I have found that it is a common practice for them to push the tenants out.

Use any and all of this new found knowledge and go practice.
