@Alexander Griffith To piggyback off what Nicole said, if you have not already I would recommend that you set up keyword notifications on Bigger Pockets for words in your market such as Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, NC, and whatever else is specific to that area.

hey @ Scott alfano,I think the question should be if the deals are good and not if the wholesaler is good....when you get a deal sent out to you you should know how to run the numbers. if you like what you see call the guy and ask if they are direct to seller.
