I went to college with him at Wichita State U and he's a good guy...I've been lucky enough he's let me shadow him in the past when he was getting started on his own and bounce things off of him over the years.

However, I dont think u need to wholesale, if u have good credit you should be able to get a personal loan and then refinance to get a better rate.
