Joshua and Mr Investor,My background does include mathematics but not coding.I'm afraid I am just a WYSIWYG guy when it comes to building sites etc.That is why I am hoping to find a friendly coder who I can bounce some stuff off of before diving into the project.Obviously an algorithm that actually gives a reliable estimate of value has vast potential and I am somewhat reticent to show the notes to just anybody.Here is more than I have ever shared before in the open so lets see how things work out once we let this cat out of the bag.Basically if someone had given me (5 -7 years ago) what I am about to give you I feel it would be licked already. ...and here we go.. nothing is private on the internetZillow (or anybody else for that matter) if you are listening I reserve all rights to this but I will allow reasonable use for a small fee and a written agreement to grant no exclusive rights to anyone.
