I was bounced between the paralegal, loan development manager, loan processor...for a good part of the day and none of them could answer my question.Out of the three tenants, one of them refused to sign the more complicated estoppel, and another one is out of town and internet was down - can't even see the letter, and the third one don't understand the language in the estoppel enough to decide to sign or not sign.and yes, the subordination clause was a major issue, my attorney said the same.
