@Jude Cineas I did things a bit backwards, having already been a veteran investor and decades in housing industry, I knew most of it already, and I came into it eyes wide open.

One way to learn about some specific aspects of real estate is to get a part-time job at RE related industry, like property management company, book-keeping, financing, virtual assistant, anything you can have time to get into along with your schoolwork, even if you have to do it for free. 

I'm a Green Designated Realtor/ investor who specializes in sustainable and prefabricated housing (tiny homes, airbnb, ADUs) Would like to connect with anybody local in the industry to create new opportunities!

Love your passion for real estate it's an awesome industry that we really aren't taught about in school.....which is sad.
