Hi,Checking if anyone has any recommendations on how to go about setting up llc and how it impacts personal loans for the same.

Net $80,000 Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I see a lot of people who are gonna get crushed as they are buying NPL's based on thinking they will foreclose but the borrower has a high likelyhood of filing BK to keep their equity and people are paying 80 cents for a 3% loan that is a year behind which is insane!

I'm an avid reader having recently finished Flip, Rent, BRRRR, and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor - all great books, but if there is another to recommend please do or point out chapters in those I should pay more attention to.Thoughts? 

My question is, for the unit I am moving out of, what’s the best company to use for online applications, tenant screening, background checks, credit pull, etc. ?

However with that said it is still of high interest to us.

A friend suggested setting the high school rating above 7 in the Redfin search engine, along with other filters, for my house search.
