I could pay the loan off any time but like to show a good payment history on items.

Thanks for letting me circle back into this conversation. 

Im looking to invest in multi family (affordable housing to be specific). What kind of process is it to convert an existing 8 unit multi family project to section 8 affordable housing?

They see investor walking though the property for 5 minutes, pointing fingers on items and then show up 2 weeks later and everything is done exactly as they wanted.

Had a follow up phone conversation with angry tenant a few days later where she references our lease.

The trash is probably gone by now but if there were items known to be theirs (stuff with their name on it) that could show it was theirs if you had pictures.  

And who is responsible if unrepaired item causes damage to tenant property or rental unit?
