How can you have both - the girl and REI?

also these days your competing against big money most of the time.. there will be far and few between any kind of screaming deal..we all back into profit the same way.. and when a hedgefund wants them for rentals .. then forget it.. or a one off person wants to live in it you will never beat them... so you do all this work get our money put aside.. show up and couple with a baby in a stroller walks up and pays 490k for a 510 house  LOL.... ug.. thats why you have to target 20 to 100 houses a month to get a few.. who can do that on their own.now in other states NOT the west coast.. its different of course..

Another one was with me for 2 years and at first it was just the girl and then father moved in, then boyfriend then brother and it was just too many people.

As the baby boomer population ages with dwindling tax contributions, it will continue to put a larger burden on younger tax payers.

When I moved to southern California from northern California, I rented my house out to 14 college age girls from a ministry school.

Kind of like debating who's the ugliest girl in the swimsuit edition. 

As someone who is deeply involved with student rentals it blows my mind sometimes how babied these kids can be.

My only reservation would be taking on more debt as I have been working the baby steps to get out of debt.
