Hello, I have a vacation rental property management business and I have a question regarding deposits into a bank account.

Well, it's boring if you don't like scuba, snorkeling, boating, swimming, fishing, the Mayan ruins, Xcaret, riding around in golf carts, a marina, Dolphin Encounter, etc. in a very secure, safe environment that has a very low crime rate, and is constantly patrolled.

This was a great location (wish I had bought more in this area) and is an efficient SF home with a small lot minimizing maintenance.

I am in Emerald Lake and I just signed with one 2 weeks ago, and it's been a nightmare!

My lease does require and I reminded the tenant that the property needed to be thoroughly cleaned although professional cleaning is not required.

I'm a licensed real estate broker in the Philippines, and I will be moving to California next year.

I am curious and I want to do everything properly and safely!

Just an interesting thought experiment that popped into my head and I would love to hear everyone's thoughts!

My guy from 5 years ago is hard to get he bought acreage in Sandy Oregon and is primarily spending his time out there.
