I responded to remove the air pocket.

Midwest city is a good area and Tinker Air Force base is right there (lots of jobs) but Del City can be a little more C/D class and they share a school district.  

Once everything is air tight, put a professional prospectus together highlighting the strengths of the market, deal, and most importantly you.

Salt air rusts out all mechanical devices like ac units before their time.  

One of them went well, for a couple grand we put up walls that allowed air flow and a dehumidifier and it rented fairly quickly.

The roof has no air vents at all which is a big surprise. 

A full bathroom will be added in the finished basement, as well as a new kitchen, upstairs bath, updated electric, and adding a condenser to the existing forced-air system.

The weather outside also plays a factor (the upper 70s seems to be the sweet spot) but I have identified the windows being the key factor.Has anyone else had an issue where leaving the windows open creates some sort of air pressure differential that pulls a smell out of the walls?
