Hey there - I am hoping this community can offer some solid advice to take the emotion, stress and potential cost out of tenancy disputes.

In light of the challenges we have faced, including family illnesses and bereavements, including the loss of our son, we find ourselves in a complex and emotionally charged process.

Lawsuits are an emotional (and often financial) drain.Go use that time to buy another and better property.

Don't get emotional or attached to property.

However, it's essential for us to differentiate between service animals and emotional support animals for our records.

Reasons cited are "weakening of employment fundamentals and continued apartment deliveries."

(You can always include, “with full price offer” so there is room to pull it if they try negotiating too hard) Practical incentives:  credit for insurance, closing costs, buy down on interest, to even making the first *blank* number of mtg payments (with full price offers is a powerful statement while still instilling the emotional response.  

Thanks for the great post. it is hard not to get emotionally involved in a decision and try to decide if the red flags you see are deal breakers or not.
