I am diving into the RE game full force as I am mastering the art of acquiring homes at steep discounts and dishing them out to cash investors. 

It's more than photo's it's staging and larger properties can afford to do both along with videos and virtual tours.

Currently martial arts occupy many of my hours when I am not with my 15 yr old daughter or at work and the rest of my time is allocated to learn about real estate and the rest of my family and friends.

Why do we continue to call today's State of The Art "HUD Manufactured Homes" everything but what they are? 

There are streets on the east side that literally look like war zones--extreme poverty, entire blocks abandoned and taken over by homeless and animals, etc.That being said, that apartment is pretty close to the "Waterloo Arts District" which is a pretty trendy neighborhood that I could see further gentrifying quite a bit in the near future.  

At the end of the day, finding good deals is an art and will take a lot of practice so you need to be actively learning that side of the business while you get everything else in place.
