I’m 25 and I’m anxious but I don’t want to invest in the wrong property so I’m looking for some help/guidance.

A good friend introduced me to the BiggerPockets website, as he is a seasoned investor in the Texas market and provided me some early guidance during the purchase of my first investment property.

When I was starting out as a carpenter I took a night class at a local CC's vocational education program in Residential Wiring to make myself more valuable to my employer.

I just need some advice or guidance from successful OFF MARKET finds....your strategies anything that will help me and my partner get closer to our 1st deal.

@Kristi Williams to also add to the valuable information @Andrew Postell mentioned, also be careful in paying off some collection accounts as that could also dropped your credit scores.

They are the experienced investor and provide invaluable guidance on each step of the process.

There should also be someone who is the point of contact for the ARB listed online that can give you guidance and insight on the current board and how they operate.There will be a difference in the property being on the historic Registry and being in a historic district.
