I relocated from Chicago about 6 years ago and I’ve been loving the warm weather year round.

One advantage is the the university provides a steady economic base that usually doesn't waiver too much during recessions.People think about colleges as just students and professors, but of course there is a whole army of people that work in maintenance, administration, etc., just like any large company.

I grew up in Lawrence, went to high school in Danvers and university in Worcester.

     I appreciate the warm welcome everyone.

By that I mean know the day to day feel of it- Is it warming up, is it cooling, is it staying still, are some neighborhoods doing better than others.

University/Northlake is good because there is a steady stream of tenants and the average price is a little lower.

This was 4 blocks from Temple University, so the expansion of the perimeter improvements for the school were increasing the property values quickly.

The beautiful thing is... many cities/counties across the nation are VERY concerned with the "missing middle" in the housing market and are starting to warm up to tiny homes and other "alternative" housing options.My team and I are in process of developing our first tiny home community as we speak!

But, you gotta acknowledge that there's nothing special in the universe about the day/month/year boundaries that you're mentioning.
