We meet 10 miles away on the second Tuesday of the month.

This unfortunate incident happened at the end of sept in which our rent was already paid for that month.

But it's the same fee for 37 properties too... so for us it is a little over $1/month/door to use the property.  

It is fixed for the first 10 years and then after the 10 year period, it can adjust once every six months thereafter.

We're considering our options for moving forward.Numbers:Purchased for ~ $230,000 (2.5% interest)Remaining balance ~ $220,000Appreciated to ~ $400,000Cash flow is ~ $500 a month after setting aside for all reservesOptions we're considering:1- Cash out refinance- at current market rates, rough estimate is that we could access close to $100,000 in equity, but our cash flow would go to $0 or possibly negative for a period.2- Sell now - if we sell before the end of the summer, we could still qualify for living in the property for 2 out of the last 5 years for the additional tax benefits.

Our neighbor has no monthly payment on it or interest accrued

Last week she recalled the February month rent saying that she didn't authorized the February rent..

You loan payments to start will be 600/700 per month and then go up from there as you draw.So you come with 12k to close, another 3k for fees, front 10k to contractor and then pay 700/month.
