@Tom Gimer  I don't think we are thinking the same thing when it comes to trustee.the trustee in a Deed of trust has the power of sale.. it can be anyone.. lawyer  company , you me.and beneficiary hires them to sell the property..

It could be 100% deductible at the partnership level or it could follow the partner and it would have to be determined if its deductible or not at the partner level.
