For that you need a wire stripper/cutter, and a voltage tester and not much more.If you are not going to do demolition or build walls, no need for a circular saw.If you are not going to install new baseboards, adding crown mouldings, trimming windows and doors, don't bother with a compound miter saw either.A sawzall may be useful if you are pruning tree limbs or cutting existing irrigation lines for sprinklers.
