I have a question about the best way to hire my son to maximize tax savings.I am retired and have an S Corp from back when I used to be a travel agent.

I’m talking about areas near larger hospitals, downtown areas (Old Town Scottsdale is obviously #1), higher end golf courses, casinos, universities (mainly ASU in Tempe), and other niche locations that attract travelers.

Dallas has the business travelers so your place will stay filled but Orlando/Kissimmee is a tourist destination with people bringing families and willing to pay a pretty penny. 

It needs to be on a route that a lot of RVs travel or it needs to be near a tourist destination.

Especially if you’re in an area that people to travel to. I own one near Lake Powell on the Utah Arizona border area.

The cost of travel would allow me to buy 2 more parcels and I'll go there next year when weather is better and when everything is already transferred to my name (some counties told me it can take few months). 

@Wayne BrooksI run my business remotely, so I would be living in CA full time and traveling back to WA periodically.

I’m looking to travel out of state to start looking at other markets for investing.
