I use referrals fee's for my yearly entertainment and travel expenses... trying to wholesale a house that just breaks even on cash flow..

My investment scope, includes buying trailer/mobile/manufactured homes in South Florida then rent them to tenants.

My expenses will be about $2,000 monthly conservatively or $2,500 if I travel as Ive planned.

The current owners have also said they have put about $30,000 into the two trailers.

I own dumpsters , tools  , trailers  and  can get my crew to rehab these homes at cost  to keep cost low m .

If you have a great team that can handle all of these aspects for you, or you are able to travel to handle them yourself this can be a great way to invest.
