What type of STR traffic comes through normally in this location from your experience?

Also, the carpet pulled up at the tacks from the traffic not the cat.The window screens (2) have a few marks from my catThe shower has some marks on the glass from the tap water.My family and I cleaned this place day and night for days, and I get that I may have to pay for some of this stuff but I don't want to get taken advantage of.What is reasonable ?

I just can't imagine the type of traffic & customer base that you can be attracting to these industrial zoned location.  

If you're talking a family+kids or 3 to 4 other people living in a 3bed, having a ton of extra foot traffic is something to take into consideration.

Sewer capacity.. water capacity.. traffic impacts..

I see you're sold on the location, what's the traffic count, any comps?

Just make sure that the Restaurant space is easily rentable and has the traffic counts to support it.

Also drove around to experience the traffic and went to the Japanese Tea Garden by the zoo.I didn't fully explain in my post.

Traffic is "very interesting" especiallyin the rain. 

I'd also list on AirBnB as a 30+ day stay, you're likely to pick up traffic there as well and it will be a way for you to gauge which platform brings more business in your area.
