I'm part of a real estate team that covers southern half of the state. 

I attended the webinar last night and can't say enough about how fantastic it is that Brandon Turner &  team is able to offer these educational presentations.

Jason and his team have a lot of experience, and I think having a brick and mortar facility where you can go learn and network is a much better program than anything else out there that you will find.

Don't want to rain on  your parade, but success is not in these kinds of numbers and being too aggressive too soon with so little background, you're headed for a great disappointment IMO.Assuming all your acquisitions come true (1,2), you will need a team to manage the units - - heck, you'll need one full time employee to just process tenant applications, and move-in/out inspections.

Learn how to evaluate deals like a wholesaler (70% rule, etc) so you know what a true deal looks like and then build your team / process for rehabbing.

I got some questions from their processing team 4 days later, now having only 18 days left to close.

Now I have a team of maintenance guys, plumbers and have a lot of pending application and I started looking for more properties but now I want to rehab and flip but unfortunately I can not find any good deal .
