In addition to approaching good mortgage broker in your market for this, I'd also recommend reaching out to any local credit unions you might have in your area.

How would you approach the problem? 

We are all about trying to automate, systematize, go-paperless, as much as possible.

I can't see the investors who are looking to rent from landlords; I have never had an investor approach me regarding renting one of my rentals, on a quest to sublease my houses.  

I guess I’m just trying to figure out the best approach to grow a business that will allow me to retire in about 10 years.
