Maywood is back - check on redfin. bubble is back. 4/3 fully rehabbed go for 150K easily. mine is specific. it has a shared, narrow driveway, almost no yard and busy street. it has 4br finished basement and 3 full bathrooms. so yes.

I can guestimate about 50k in repairs because I purchased a house across the street from this 1 about a year ago & I underestimated the cost to reno by about 40K & it was in similiar condition.

There's plenty of untapped potential but I would check in with the FPD for local crime data for specific areas like Framingham Center, where they still have a lot of loitering, visibly under the influence people on the street, blight, etc.

You need to compare levels of rehab, factors like culdesacs, busy streets, and home layouts because there are reasons some of those houses sold for 40k more than the other comps.

Elevations not seen from the street can go either way without spoiling the style.Keep the pocket doors into the kitchen - - just so charming - - and keeping them closed as much as possible allows a full modernization of the kitchen.Vicys have notoriously small rooms, so combining rooms or creating entirely new floor plans is fine, but pay attention to the style details.
