Why is cash flow important to many here?
3 January 2018 | 62 replies
It seems like a simple concept, but, as you can see, so many people somehow just keep on calling it speculative when in fact, all I am doing is pointing out a myth about Cash Flowing Investments.Once we get used to that Cash Flow Myth, we can then look at the expensive Metro Investment and see what advantages it has.The 2 biggest is that it tends to double every 10 years in value AND the rents move up very consistently year by year.So you can't really do a simple 1st Year Cash Flow analysis.
