Pros:- Higher monthly cash flow- Theoretically faster payoff (im sure we will pull all the equity out asap anyway)- Free us up to make traditional loan purchases again(this will give us different opportunities to buy houses in a changing market down the road)Cons:- Interest rates could go up in 5 years (though, most of our properties moving forward will be on this type of loan anyway).DO WE roll them all into one commercial loan or keep them as as they are????

I guess the point being that they still cashflow even when only putting $15000 down and 20-30 years down the road i have an extra $8-9k every month assuming rents stayed the same. $800k that others will payoff for me.

I really liked that way of life, however now that I’m back in the suburbs where I’m taking my life in my hands if I walk along the roads where nobody’s expecting me, I drive everywhere and going 15-50 miles to go to a restaurant is totally normal.

Fix things that could lead to potential problems down the road.. for example: if there’s water damage in the basement- check the landscaping, make sure there’s proper drainage, etc.
