We would go ahead and allow the buyer to put the property under contract inside the 90 days, complete the inspection, option period, appraisal etc.

If I put in half and the bank puts in half, and I take out 60% (after all taxes) then I'm a little ahead, nothing major though.But I'm with you, there's no way in the end I'll be waiting til 60 or so to use that money.
