If you're not getting to that, then it's more of a LIRP (life insurance retirement plan), which has long term goals.There are a lot of companies that do well with "getting the money in" then screw up the end game with the loan provisions.If you want, I have a case study for using a policy for private lending to other people. 

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

And while housing stability is important I think that people need to understand that their behavior is important to and it has consequences.  

Does anyone have a contact or firm that specializes in these types of personal lending situations?

I prefer to learn from people that actually have been doing the business a long time & still are doing it.

In my demographic I have not had to worry about that as I rent out to people with skin in the game.

A number of people have asked this and if you use the search function, you can see replies to those posts. 

It never made sense to me that people buy rentals and immediately hire out the most important factor of its success (the management) to a 3rd party who likely takes 10% plus other fees.  

People that have high-drama often continue to have high-drama.
