Something with office and warehouse space, easy to rent and they are normally long term with Triple net leases

in Jackson its the RIG meeting once a week.. keep in mind though advertising a property you dont own in MS is not legal.. its done every day but if someone turns you into the department of real estate your going to spend some money defending yourself.I had a client in MS.. now granted he was a volume player in the turn key space but he would advertise his BRRRRs before he owned them. 

I’m using a running app to keep track of neighborhoods I’ve looked at but I’m trying to find a way to mark them down so I don’t end up overlapping and wasting time.

My team & I are looking to host our first meetup at a new workspace in Brooklyn founded by one of our affiliates (read more about the space here https://www.blackenterprise.com/innovation-hub-creatives-brooklyn/).I’d like to get a gage on if there are any local BP members whom would be interested in attending or possibly even being a guest speaker.

Doctors have heavy tenant improvements with machines and wiring etc. so tend to not move around as much and stay longer in a space if  a good location.

-I performed a walk-through of the house to mark the 6 month mark and the place is immaculate.

We would be looking to rent the space as work/live or an office or creative space of some kind.

I was paying a $800 rent and found a nice little house with rehab potential for $ 123 000, converted the unfinished basement into habitable space with a bedroom/bathroom, a laundry room and a multipurpose room.
