Are you an accredited investor and or sophisticated?

I primarily need advice on:- Is it a good location for rental & What kind of tenants it will attract- How to rehab to maximize return w/ cost estimation- Conservative rent projection based on the rehabI need property managers for it, I tried to contact a few companies, but their response seems slow and I won't be able to directly talk to the actual property manager.Anyone can help?

My realtor would not get to list this house but likely would benefit from a future project when we find the next flip. - I am trying to get two flips under my belt so that I can get 100% rehab loan in the future.

They have not sent us any more info yet.We haven't heard anything back yet but they said they want the project to be completed in 2020.

If you are unsure of where to start here then you should try and partner up with someone on a project.

With last years flooding, the appraisal district may be aggressive on reassessing property values to increase revenues to pay for the "future" flood control projects since voters balked at the mayors initially proposed tax increase to pay for it.

I know one but never started my project. he has very high success rate.
