Called and spoke to them as I thought WOW, but turns out they don't lend to anyone who already has 4 mortgages, even if it was for a house I was looking to buy and owner-occupy.

These days it can be hard to tell but sometimes it's just so painfully obvious, and that's not the kind of content we want to reward because as you mentioned AI will sometimes at best embellish and worst fabricate or hallucinate fake information.

My credit isn’t the best and I would not qualify for doing so looking to invest in Milwaukee or the Midwest area Would prefer to buy a hold, but would be interested in house flipping.

I'm guessing one could be called the junior adu and the other being the main ADU could work.

If you require trees trimmed or branches cut etc  I  think that would be an owner responsibility. so the every few months part makes me wonder.

I think you're right with so many larger companies investing in our area, the market will continue to grow.

I work in comp so I have no issues building my own but I'd prefer to simply use one that's already created.Finally, aside from reviewing prior projects on the company's website and scouring the internet for reviews, does anyone have any tips on how to select a given company?
