Hi folks, Brand new wholesaler here,  keeping it simple for my first transaction assignment might be my best option.

However, we will need a mortgage... we’d planned on refinancing building one to build building 2 ... but just realized that it’s owned by the LLC so the mortgage would need to be the LLC... no one is going to lend that kinda money to a year old business that on paper hasn’t made a penny...  

So I’m wondering is there a way to be able to sublease this apartment for a simple profit of maybe 200 bucks a month with rent being 1100 or 1200 a month.

I haven't been able to find the foreclosure notice in the local paper.
