I keep getting text messages to "Cynthia" regarding selling 7142 W Colter St. 

I’m not planning on staying in this home for more than 4 years and when I’m ready to move I’m either going to sell it or use it as a long term rental.

The property is selling for around 500k, but the insurance is saying the replacement cost is around 4m.
