I received and sent back the electronically signed Closing Disclosure (CD)  form on same day on 11/29/17.

It's a single family home, which has a for-sale sign in the window but it's not listed on Zillow or Redfin--or anything like that.

Luckily I didn't put any money down for them and I signed nothing (could've been a blessing, but in this case probably better off).

In addition to other suggestions above, consider sign at property, posters on bulletin boards where your target tenants hang out.Before you market, figure out your application, policies and screening procedures.

I signed up for foreclosure.com and that shows values on some properties, but again, I don’t know how accurate it is.

The sales person was just so pushy to get me to sign that I knew something wasn't right. 

Post no-smoking signs on the premises to re-enforce your no-smoking policy.

I'm not sure how others outside of the US and Canada can create events though.One nuance that I found was it kept giving me an error and wouldn't let me post the event until I realized that the blank box next to the end time was to select a timezone (only North American timezones are listed).
