Earlier this summer I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, and just like so many others, it changed the way I think about money and investing.

here is what I would do if I was in your situation:1) Read Rich Dad Poor Dad2) Listen to every single Bigger Pockets Real Estate Podcast (The main one with Brandon Turner and David Green)3) Take up an internship with a real estate investor or a property management company to learn more.

I know its going to take an immense amount of time and patience (that I really dont have right now) but I'm willing to put in the work if it means I'll be free of working and making someone else rich.
