In my opinion, Maverick and Hipster in good faith could have done more because Maverick had referred us to ABC Baltimore (and Hipster had connected us to Maverick).

Once I review the info I would know if contacting a lawyer is necessary. 

But all these wholesalers must be selling to someone.How do people connect with credible wholesalers?

Initial investors who made deals with them got better deals because there were much fewer reviews available to make sure that OCF is trustworthy.

A good experienced attorney is AN ABSOLUTE MUST when starting out, you want to know that your contracts are reviewed and sound if you are doing them yourself.
