We obviously don't have that with shelter in place orders, however, it's amazing how closely we can start looking like a randomly mixing population the more contacts people have with the community (thinking the non-essential trips to stores just to walk around, frequent grocery shopping trips, short visits with friends, etc.).

Then I would follow up with them regularly to keep up on anything that changes with the situation.

How about asking some of the local paint stores for recommendations of painters that will handle this? 

Sales have definitely slowed, and in Massachusetts everything is pretty much shut down unless you are going to the grocery store.

If it's a regular conventional loan, the rules are different vs a portfolio lender that looks at the guarantor's middle credit score and the dscr. 

@Derrick Burtle  I think it is the same as a tax refund-some people think of it as free money and buy the latest iphone while others will use it to cover their regular expenses.
