We are in a housing shortage, more demand than supply, with no ability to rapidly add to supply, it is a simple force factor at play.

Without reading widely and intentionally seeking how to rapidly improve myself, I would be nowhere in life... whereas if I had a degree, I could at least (potentially) have a mediocre job, worse case. 

Best jobs market in the Midwest and billions of out of state capital flocking in as Indianapolis continues to develop rapidly!

Starting in Des Moines and spidering out to the other metro areas like Omaha, Cedar Rapids, etc.

Would be great to connect and learn more about the successes, roadblocks, issues you face as an investor in a market like Phoenix as prices and rents rapidly increase. 

And while the neighboorhood appears to half a 50/50 mix of poverty and wealth, you can tell the area is gentrifying rapidly.

I am looking to rapidly buy more properties to expand my portfolio, which is why I have not built up that extent of reserves yet.
