Ive read the UBG several times, the guide to screening tenets, bought and read a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and pretty much anything else I can get my hands on.My plan is to follow a buy and hold strategy, and possibly throw a flip or two into the mix.

Very underwhelmed, and the leads did not seem quality.

I also had issues with tenants that came with my first purchase - another reminder of how important it is to screen before you let someone in.  

Interest has been high but quality is way low and since it's a new property, I don't really have a baseline to gauge from.

Get yourself a quality tile, not too thin, and have it installed by someone with years of experience.

This is because of strict screening.

Not sure how they would compare on inspections on either the quality or pricing though.  

It meets my criteria of location, construction quality, etc.
